International Art Exhibit;  Twitter Art Exhibit 2020 – Myrtle Beach, SC, USA Call for Artists
Twitter Art Exhibit was founded by Scandinavian Artist David Sandum. He had the idea of using social media to raise funds for his local library in Moss, Norway through the sale of original postcard sized artwork. In 2009 he used the social platform, Twitter, and received 260 postcards donated by artists from 24 countries. His quote ”Through art we can change the world” has gained a global following and has currently brought in more than 1000 entries from 65 countries worldwide.

Now into its 11th year, TAE20 is curated by Debanjana Bhattacharjee and will be hosted in Myrtle Beach, USA. The chosen charity to benefit from this global art exhibition is Horry County Disabilities and Special Needs – HCDSN, located in Myrtle Beach/Conway area of South Carolina. HCDSN’s aim is to develop and extend the art program to offer additional art classes as well as enhance the individual’s opportunity to also engage in state wide community art exhibitions.
